2 - Late Delivery: We are sad for this bad experience, but the delay was because the US customs requested ( unusually and for an unknown reason for us ) that you personally contact them reagrding your shipment. Unfortunately, you did not cooperate, and we had to rely on our logistics team to solve the problem, which took some time.
