    1. How long are shipping times?
      Your products will ship within 1-5 work days of your order. Average delivery time is between 10-20 days to reach your doorstep, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Rarely, in case some unforeseen shipping problems take place, the maximum delivery time is 80 days.

    2. Can I cancel my order?
      Once and order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

    3.  What is your Return Policy?
      Our return window is 7 days. If you receive the wrong item, you can contact us by sending supporting photos, and we will evaluate your case and solve your problem in line with our Return and Refund Policy. Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability, every return has a carbon footprint on our profitability, therefore, we examine each request and decide about it carefully.. Some product collections cannot be returned or refunded. In addition, shipping and restocking fees are applicable. For more details, please see our Return and Refund Policy.

    4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
      If there is an issue with your order—if it is the wrong variant, or a defected product, send us a note within 7 days of receipt telling us what the issue is with supporting documents and photos, and we will evaluate your request and solve your problem. Man made defects are not acceptable.

    5. Do you offer exchanges?
      We do not offer exchanges.

    6. What if I simply changed my mind and did not like it?
      You can contact us within 7 days to notify us that you will ship it back to us in the same condition with all the tags and packing. Please note however, that some products cannot be returned or refunded, as clearly stated in our Return and Refund Policy. If your return request is eligible and approved, we will give you a shipping address, however, you need to pay for the shipping cost. As soon as we receive it in the same brand-new condition we sent, we will refund you after deducting the due restocking fee of 20%.
