By placing your order at our website, you agree to our following terms for refund and return policy.
Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to tell us what went wrong and request a return. No returns or refunds can be claimed or accepted after 7 days of receipt.
Items Categories That Cannot be Returned:
The following item categories cannot be returned or refunded:
1 - Items on Sale “Special Seasonal Sale” cannot be returned.
2 – Gift Cards.
How to Start a Return Process
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order no., payment no., or email order confirmation).
To start a return, you can contact us at info@ezlifegoods.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.
It is advisable to return the item in a method that uses a shipment tracking number to avoid the possibility of getting your item lost, and to enable tracking its whereabouts all the time.
Return Costs Covered by Customer:
1 - Shipping Costs:
The Customer is responsible to cover the costs of shipping back the item to the address provided by EZLIFEGOODS.
2 – Restocking Fee:
A restocking charge of 25% will be deducted from the refund amount.
The above fees apply unless EZLIFEGOODS sends a written waiver by email to the customer upon evaluating the return case.
When the Refund is Issued:
As soon as we receive the item in same original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The refund is issued after deducting a restocking fee of 25%.
Refund Policy
Refund Rules:
Returns and refunds run counter to our emphasis on sustainability, every return has a carbon footprint on our profitability, therefore, we examine each request and decide about it carefully. The following are the only cases where refunds are issued:
1 – Acceptable return process, after product receipt by EZLIFEGOODS.
2 – Claim by client for a refund accepted and approved by EZLIFEGOODS via a written approval notice by email.

1 – All refunds are subject to a restocking charge of 25%
2 – EZLIFEGOODS decisions about acceptable refund requests and claims are final.
The following cases are Not Eligible for a Refund:
1 -Incorrect Delivery Address is Not Eligible for a Refund
Providing the correct delivery address details is the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery failures due to incorrect recipient address are not eligible for refunds. Please make sure to write the correct delivery address.
2 - Declined Package Receipts
Declined package receipts are not eligible for refunds.
3 - Items within Categories That Cannot be Returned or refunded:

Damages and issues
All the goods are inspected before shipment. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item different from the one you ordered. Please send us photos of the item to help us see the problem so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Man made defects are not guaranteed, such as broken, or scratched and so on.
Claiming Refunds:
You can send us your claim supported with photos describing the problem with your item within 7 days of receipt of the item. We will notify you by email once we’ve received and evaluated your refund claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method after deducting an amount of 25% being a restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Unreceived orders
Once an order is placed and shipped it is not refundable for any reason unless you do not receive the goods after 80 days of placing your order, then you are entitled for a full refund if the package was lost and could not be tracked.
